Hi all,

I have an Indvidual account, it's expired and disabled. However, it keeps counting credits.

Is this normal? How esri keeps counting credits while the account is disabled and not able to access any contents??

Indeed, that means if I paid for another year, all my credits go right away because of the debit.

Hi @nabaz-gharib 

I have included below the documentation that explains how credits are being consumed. Even if your account is disabled but you have content stored in your account you will continue to use credits.

If you want to reinstate your account you will need to pay off the deficit and then purchase more credits if required.
