Can't Save ArcGIS Online Map in New Map Viewer

I can't get new maps to save in the new ArcGIS Online map viewer. The option to save shows up and isn't greyed-out, but clicking the "Save as" button does nothing. This is an issue on one of my computers, but not on another. I've already tried using incognito tabs and clearing the page/browser cache and cookies with no success. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks - I disabled the extension I had running but unfortunately no change.

I may have found the issue though. The versions of Chrome are different between the two machines. The one with issues isn't able to update itself, so I'll work with IT to get it sorted. I'll post something here if that helps, in case anyone else has the same issue.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? 

Are you able to share the map that's creating an issue?

You bet - clearing the cache was the first thing I tried. I've just tried it again post-reboot and the issue persists. It isn't a particular map causing the issue, it's all maps in the new map viewer. I can create a blank map with nothing on it and cannot save it. If I add a layer the the little blue dot appears on the "Save as" button, but clicking on it does nothing.

I'm using Chrome - if I try Edge everything works fine.

Any other ideas? Thanks!

Do you have an extension on the browser that might be causing an issue vs. the same machine with other browsers and the other machines working as expected.

Can confirm, this was a "me" problem. IT updated my browser and everything works perfectly again!

Which browser are you using to view ArcGIS Online? I would recommend Chrome or Firefox! Safari and Edge tend to have a lot of issues (I think it has to do with how the maps cache data)

I cannot save after editing a feature. I make the edit. I choose update. I then choose save. I close my project. I reopen it and the edit has not been saved. I disabled extensions that have given me problems in the past. I am using Chrome.
