Can't edit Hosted Feature Layer Domains in ArcGIS Online

Hi all,

Does anyone know why I cannot edit a hosted feature layers domains in ArcGIS Online?

Noticed there was a difference with the JSON for a Feature service that allows editing and the one I'm having trouble with.

Found that it may be to do with the highlighted fields in the troublesome Feature Layer here (

Does anyone know how to enable domain editing on this feature layer?

@mikaël - what type of issues are you experiencing? I am debating on updating the source definition for a hosted feature layer.

@Tyja11 I can't remember, just that I couldn't update the layers and tables in the hosted feature service because of this parameter. Possibly I had forgotten to update the parameters "hasStaticData" and "sourceSchemaChangesAllowed" in one of the joined views (I had like 5 joined views in the hosted feature service). I had to change those regularly when changing layer/table structure and so on (learning as I go).
