Can't add kml layers to ArcGIS online Web Scenes

I have a free ArcGIS account.

I've uploaded to my Content library some kml files, but when I try to add them to a Web Scene I can't find them in my library. As a matter of fact I can only add Map image layers (WMS services).

Is that a limitation of my free account?
