I have a 3rd party feature service for AIS point locations. The service only returns the first 40,000 records, but the back end database holds up to 500,000 records. I would like to clip the rest request to only return records within a bounding box to see if I can get all the records within that region.
I have tried defining a custom parameter based on the Query(Feature Service) guidance, but to no avail:

I've also tried geometry with web mercator coordinates.
Any ideas? Is it even possible to spatial query a feature service?
