Attachment Pictures in Map Viewer not showing in Pop up

I recently created a web map using a zipped file from a project I created in ArcGIS Pro. This project has all the attachment associated with the features layer enabled. I am able to see the attachment in my popup box each time I click the feature in ArcGIS Pro.

I would like the pictures shown in the pop up in my ArcGIS Pro to be shown when I click the feature in the web map.

I have enabled the attachment within the hosted feature layer; and each time I click on the Data tab to check the table the attachment field is empty.

Is there a way to ensure the attachment enabled in my ArcGIS Pro project is automatically seen in the pop up with in the web map?

Hi @KateEkhator

Yes, in order to work with attachments they first need to be enabled on the hosted feature layer.

Then to view them in the pop-up, you need to add the attachment element in the pop-up.

Thanks EmilyGeo for responding to my question.

Although I have carried out the above steps, I still cannot see the pictures in my pop-up window within my web map. See screenshot below;

Hi @KateEkhator

It seems like the attachments didn't upload correctly.

You could try uploading the file again, or if you don't want to start over from scratch, you could try to 'Update' the existing layer following the steps outlined in this article: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/data-management/add-attachments-with-ease-us...
