ArcGIS Online Service Credits Usage by User (Storage)

I am aware of the Credits Usage tab in ArcGIS Online

Looking specifically at 'Storage' 

Is it possible to determine at the user level how many credits a user has consumed through storage

ie if an Organization has consumed 20 Storage Credits

I want to know that 

User A used 2 credits in storage

User B used 5 credits in storage

User C etc....

I believe that you could download the Usage Data - and then extrapolate the storage usage from there - but it may miss data that has been deleted etc...

HI John Plunkett‌,

In order to determine specific credit usage for storage charges by user, you need to download the feature service storage report and determine the exact charges per users based on hourly charges. Storage credits are charged to the organization based on the total size of database storage and isn't managed per user.
