This question is with respect to popup boxes in ArcGIS Online.

Is there a way to change the background colour of the popup box based on a column for a point layer?  I have 3 different categories in a column titled "Condition": "Alert", "Warning", "Acceptable".

There are often many points at the same location and I'd like the popup box background to be red, yellow, and green respectively so the user can immediately know the Condition without having to scroll through every popup box to find the category.

I don't think you can just change the background of the pop-up, but you can change font colors using conditional statements in Arcade.
