I am currently attempting to add the necessary licences (as an admin) to be able to use ArcGIS Pro, but while the licence tab is visible, when accessed it merely leads to a blank page. I've tried multiple browsers, but the same issue persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can't reproduce this, licenses show up normal(using Chrome):
Did you try a different computer? Might be best to contact Esri Support to work through the issue.
I'd suggest getting in touch with tech support or customer service. I would suggest verifying that the licenses have been provisioned to your organization with customer service. They can then get you over to tech support if they can't address the issue.

Did you ever a get a solution for this? I'm just setting up our accounts and coming across the same issue.
I'm also getting the same issue. The 'ArcGIS Pro' and 'Other Products' buttons appear for a fraction of a second and then disappear - leaving the page blank.
I have tried this in a couple of different browsers (IE and Chrome) as well as from outside the corporate firewall and I see the same behaviour each time.
