I noticed the arcgis.com homepage has changed when accessed from a mobile browser. It appears to be more manageable, however when I login with a personal account I can't see any maps that have been shared with a group that I am a part of. After logging in on my android device, there is a dropdown with featured maps, national maps for USA, etc., as well as My Content at the bottom. But I can't access my groups or any of the maps shared with those groups. Why are there all these dropdown options except groups?

I do have the ArcGIS app installed and can access all my maps and apps that way, but I should be able to at least access my groups in the browser portion as well. The reason for this is several members of my group have Blackberry devices, and thus do not have access to the native ArcGIS app - they have to access maps through their Blackberry browser. Which up to this point has not worked very well. If someone with a smartphone, (specifically a Blackberry) goes to arcgis.com and logs in, they should be able to access their groups and shared maps. Android and iOS users can at least install the app, but other mobile users have no way of accessing their maps without opening a direct link.

You are right, the mobile browser version doesn't list your groups. We have an enhancement request on file for this, but no target date for completion.

Thanks,

Mike

Thanks Mike. Good to know. For now I'll just have to have those folks with BBs open maps from direct links.
