Hi,
I don't have Fireflly style in my Shape list. How I can add it?

Thank you

That's odd. I can see Firefly symbology in the default list of shapes.

In Classic Map Viewer

Also in the new Map Viewer.

What are the steps you followed for viewing the layer symbology? Is it a hosted feature layer?

Yes, It's a hosted feature layer. I tried to change the symbols through a normal process which is
Change Style --> Options --> Change Symbols

Mark Gallant says to "Make Your Points Glow with Firefly Symbols" one need to "...Next click Use an Image and paste the URL of your custom symbols into the text box." I have tried this process before for a customized symbol, but do I need to go through the same process to add Firefly? if yes, is there any link to the firefly style?

Thank you

All I can suggest now, is

1. Clearing the browser cache/cookies. Close all browsers and restart ArcGIS Online.

2. Open a new Map Viewer >  Add the desired Point Layer > Change Style...

3. Try on a different browser.

Get in touch with the Esri Technical Support if none of the workaround works.
