ArcGIS online find command contains with autocomplete

Hi,

I created a webmap on arcgis online to search parcel numbers.  When I set the find to contains (ie i want to enter a partial number) i never get a return when i set it to equals (ie i need to provide the whole number) i get a return.

When I query on the rest service both partial and full parcel number return results.

Want to be able to have the user enter a partial parcel number and pick the one they want.  I would like it to work like the world geocoder service does.

Any thoughts on what is going on?
