ArcGIS Online - Directions (beta) template not accessible on iPhone?

I created a web mapping application using the Directions (beta) template in ArcGIS Online.  On a computer it works great.  However, when I try to access the application on my iPhone I get an "Unable to create map: Item does not exist or is inaccessible".  I changed the service URL to Https and this didn't fix access.  I did it using WiFi and my cell data (Verizon) and still got the same error message.  I tried on Safari and Google Chrome with the same results.  Has anyone else had this problem?

We also tested on Android mobile devices (Tablets and Cell Phones) and get the same result.

Figured it out!  The wep map for the web mapping application was accidentally deleted.  Created a new web map and pointed the web mapping application to it. Fixed the application.
