ArcGIS for Organizations Sharing Content

I have been using ArcGIS Online for about a year now.  This week I have switched my organization over from a regular 'ArcGIS online' account to an 'ArcGIS for Organizations' account.  We use this to distribute data files and for interactive mapping.  I am having an issue with sharing my content with individuals outside of the organization (the general public).

When I try to make a weblink to go to a location in my 'ArcGIS for Organizations' account, it immediately pulls up the LogIn page.

Example link to my Organizations account:  http://cstx.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=cd9eadf25e0a4075a56cd15ef598a48a
Example link to my regular ArcGIS online account:  http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=1b05e6e378a94eb1a0a5a3239a80764b

Both of these are Desktop Template Applications, but I am having the same issue with any maps I try to link to as well.  I have double checked to make sure that I have shared these with 'Everyone (public)'.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks!!

Did you check your site configuration settings to see if anonymous access is enabled or disabled.

Even if it is disabled an Administrator will still see the option to share with 'everybody' (whereas those with user or publisher role will not)- but even if the Adminsitrator checks the 'share with everyone' option for an individual item I don't think it will actually be shared with everyone unless this setting is enabled....?
