Arcade pop-up Q - field attribute to show as unique text, not "View"

I've got URLs/hyperlinks in one of my fields. In the Map Viewer pop-up I would like the field to appear as a hyperlinked text like "Lower Wairau Plain Ecosystems."

I would like to include it in my fields list. With the expressions I've written (Iif statements for text and a separate one for link) it appears as:

At the moment in my Map Viewer I have it as text content with the text linked to the link expression.

Is what I'd like to do possible in Arcade/Pop-ups?
