Dear all, Is there a way to set the "show table" option for a layer as a default so that users accessing my map will be able to see the table as soon as they access it? They are not GIS users and I prefer not to burden them about how to display it! If I set the table to be shown and save my map, when I refresh the map the table is hidden. I am afraid the solution falls under an enhancement request for ESRI staff. Thank you Francesca
There is no option to show a table. If your users are not GIS users, you may be better off writing your own application than using the ArcGIS.com map viewer, which has a more sophisticated user interface.
