I tested your link and it worked for me. Does this only fail on certain browsers? Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

Thank you for checking. I worked with firefox on several machines, same bad result

For me it is working in IE9, not in Chrome & Firefox.

To sum-up there is something wrong in France (from several cities, several networks, several navigators)

We had the same problem some times ago with Dojo. It was the localisation attribute in the <html> tag

Try <html> instead of <html lang="en">

There is an issue with the localized versions. We will be deploying a fix for it this week.
