All layers fed by REST URLs on ArcGIS Server became unavailable sometime yesterday. Are there any known disruptions?

It seemed to have occurred randomly. I checked the services on ArcGIS Server Manager and nothing appears off.  I have tried stopping and restarting services. AGOL still cannot connect to anything on our server and it's been almost 24 hours. Hosted feature services are the only layers still functioning.

This was a result of IT altering the domain setup of the server. Everything is back to normal now as far as I can tell.

Can you access these services is AGS Manager?

Have you tried rebooting the Windows Server that AGS is installed on?

Yes, I can access the services in AGS Manager.

I haven't tried rebooting the Windows Server yet. I'll likely need to wait until Monday before trying to do that.

Are your original screenshots from the AGOL portal?

How about trying to publish a new service and see if it is available in AGOL?

Yes, they're all from the AGOL Portal. I'll try that now...

Republished a map with a new REST URL...

Same result trying to add the URL to AGOL.

Did the IT alter the domain setup of the OS Server or the ArcGIS Server? Could you be specific what was altered and on which server? I am facing exactly similar issue and trying to pinpoint the underlying problem. Your initial response is a good lead already. Thank you.

Sorry, I haven't logged in for a while. Did you ever figure out your issue?

Unfortunately, I have no idea and our IT person is out on vacation.
