AGOL Webmap. Can't close Configure Form when using Microsoft Edge Browser.

Good Afternoon,

I'm not sure if this is just a bug in Microsoft Edge browser or not. I was trying to add Forms to the webmap in ArcGIS Online, and I cannot click OK or x to close out the configure form once I added the Group to the form. But if I just open the form without adding any group or data into the form, I was able to click ok or close. But once I add anything to the form, it will just stuck in that page unless I click Refresh, which then I lose the edit of the form.

Everything works okay when I switch to Google Chrome. My coworker also experiences the same issue. Please see the screenshot below.

Good Morning Emily,

Thank you for looking into this! After I turn off computer for the night, I just test it again this morning, now everything is working correctly lol. Yesterday I tried on multiple web maps that I have, they all behave the same way stuck when add the group. It must be something weird with our computer because we clear all caches and cookies before and it didn't fix it either. Shut off for the night seem to make the issue go away thou.

Hi @FonPunnakanta

It is working for me. I can add a group and a field to the form and click X or OK to close.

  • Does this happen with every layer, or a specific one?
  • Do you see any errors in the dev tools?
  • Could you try clearing the cache?
