AGOL Image in popup Chrome

Is Google Chrome blocking the image in the popup?

A computer that has an older version works but the newest update must have broken this feature. 

It seemed to be working within the last week but it is not today. 

I dont see any errors in the console log.

Hi Rickey,

Does the issue occur in Chrome if you fix the broken image in the pop-up?  I'm wondering if Chrome is not showing this because the image is broken.

So the way this was set up, there was never an image just a link to a pdf. When I add an image to the link it works. 

Chrome must have changed to not allow links without images.

You are right.

If there is no image, it takes the height and width of the frame as 0x0.

If I insert the attributes of height and width of a size (say "30"), I am able to see the attachment (image of broken link).
