AGO Basic Viewer Template "Share" Tool Icon is not visible...

I recently utilized the basic viewer template for a webmap application with AGO.  I noticed something strange with the "Share" tool, the icon doesn't appear in the toolbar located in the upper right navigation pane...anyone else notice this?

Note the other icons are visible home, background layers, measure, details, etc.

When I hover over the tool the shadow is activated, the tool is there, and the tool functions as it should on the right side of the map but... I still don't see the icon...
