We were using a 3DConnexion spacemouse to navigate scenes in our ArcGIS Online organization and for some reason, it stopped working. Has anyone else had issue with 3D mouse control in AGOL? It seems like now the application takes the first direction from the mouse and holds it. So, if I rotate right as my first mouse command after loading the scene, it just keeps rotating right endlessly.
I tried following the old ArcGIS space mouse setup steps, but the just do not apply to this situation. The mouse continues to work fine in Arc Pro, just doesn't work anymore for AGOL.
Any thoughts?
