Universal Tag Keywords: Enabling Consistent Data Sharing

Without a universal keyword list for users to access to tag and share data, it is difficult to collaborate within the AGOL platform.

• Example of universal keywords:

Suggestion: Develop a universal keyword list with definitions that all users could voluntarily use to consistently share and identify their GIS data. A possible list could be North Carolina State’s GIS Keyword list: https://www.lib.ncsu.edu/gis/search/theme_list.php

•      The keywords do not have definitions, but it could be a helpful starting point.
