We want to send a link to a How-To document along with some simple custom instructions with every new member invite email. How can we customize the message and store it as the default invite email message?
I thought this was something we could do already - turns out I was wrong. Kudo added!
We would love to be able to customise these messages!! Currently it tells users to email us for issues and the correct process for us is for them to lodge a job with our helpdesk, so being able to adjust this message would help us out so much! Upvoted!
