If I add numerous operational layers to AGOL a scroll bar appears as there are too many layers to fit on the one portion of the screen - as expected.
If I enable pop ups the table of contents jumps back to the top so I lose my place on the layer I was working on.
Can this be fixed so that it stops jumping to the top of the table of contents?
