Show Feature Storage Credit Consumption rate in Item Details and the Content List (to sort by):

This would make non-admins aware of feature storage credit consumption and allows to better remove content that is no longer needed.

This is so obvious it feels like its absence is intentional. If you want clients to feel comfortable with the transition to a credit based model, it would be helpful to be honest with them about credit usage or at least the size of the item. The fact that the size is displayed in the Recycle Bin seems to indicate it shouldn't be tat difficult to implement elsewhere.
