I'm not sure how widely-used something like this would be, but I thought I would submit the idea and see if anyone else would make use of something like this.
I would appreciate having the ability to define an attribute, like {Expire_On}, in a hosted feature layer's settings tab that would automatically delete individual features once the current date matches the Expire_On date.
