RDF endpoint for AGS and AGOL for SPARQL queries

Create an end point for ArcGIS Server and ArcGIN Online in RDF so that it can be queried using SPARQL.

made a very interesting prototype defining an ontology schema and creating an RDF converter, showing examples of SPARQL queries. This should be standardized and included both in ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS online, offering the ability to query these repositories according to sematinc web paradigms.
