When address or XY fields are detected, can't we have a spatial filter (miles, feet)? Limiting data by spatial means might be quite helpful. Even better might be to filter feature visibility using said spatial filter and say a polygon to use against it. A lot of available data out there is world-wide or CONUS at least.
If one would like to incorporate stats or counts on said services, a lot of them do not include county codes or state code fields so, it's really a pain to isolate a county or state in these most helpful layers. Maybe it's already been suggested. If so, please excuse my oversitght.
