Item Type Selection - Map Gallery

Provide an option for a multiple selection on Item types to show in the Gallery.

In the "Minimal Gallery" web app, the configuration options allow you to show either (a) all items or (b) choose a single item type to show.

For my purposes, I need to expose both Maps and Apps (Web Mapping Applications) to the group.
