It would be very helpful to display more features in the Map viewer and apps that use the map viewer. Although you can increase the number of records displayed in the service (the default in 2000) the map viewer still won't display all of them. This would make the map more interactive when using it with an operations dashboard or many other reasons where a tile service would not fulfill the needs.
