Before the hosted feature service view definition update process was revamped, you could very easily turn all attribute fields on/off. That is no longer possible with the latest update. Now each field must be turned on/off one by one which is very arduous for a layer with many fields.
Please restore the missing functionality, and maintain 1:1 functionality in existing vs. proposed changes before rolling them out.
