When we run the Credit reports in ArcGIS online (Organization>Status>Reports>Create Report>Single Report>Credit) we have noticed that there are no individual figures for the members so we don't know which users are using up Credits.
It does not seem to mater if we choose a monthly or quarterly report. There seems to be very little data which does not reflect our usage. Please can you advise on how to get more accurate data in our reports as not being able to get this data can lead to an overspend of credits and, as a result, financial implications to our business?
The following 2 enhancements have been suggested by ArcGIS Online support that will help us get the reports that we are after. Please can the reporting issues be looked into ASAP?:
