Our permit data is set up like: one permit can have many applications. Having said that, when I Edit the web map to enable the Find Locations By Layer based on the Permit Number, one boundary is zoomed into and a popup displays attributes for one record. This is misleading because if I click on the feature, a pop up window displays a record for each application to scroll through. Shouldn't the pop up window show all records that it finds for the record being searched for?
