I would like a tool that would allow me to find duplicate users in ArcGIS Online based on email address. My organization recently upgraded to an Enterprise license (ELA) and we now have users that have old non-Enterprise accounts and new Enterprise accounts. This tool would allow me to find who those users are and clean up the duplicates.
