I have an HTML page that is supported in an About widget in a Web AppBuilder application. This page uses a wide variety of tags and attributes. Most of these same tags and attributes are not supported in more general AGOL areas like the Web Map Descriptions.
Specifically, the <a href='#somelink'> is supported but I can't use <a id="somelink"> in the same document?!
