Our group regularly needs to snaps points to one another in ArcGIS Online. Every time the user opens the web map in the new map viewer, they have to toggle the "Enable Snapping" on and then select the layers they would like to snap to. We would like to be able to save these settings within the web map so the end user does not have to turn them on every time. This is currently a capability within Experience Builder and it should also be available in Web Maps.
