Edit Metadata Privilege in ArcGIS Online

Allow organization to designate members to specifically perform updates to metadata only.  It would be beneficial to have this option to enable a Quality Manager (or similar administrative/custom role) to assist organization members with metadata creation and maintenance.

I find this to be a huge annoyance that could be easily remedied. Currently it is not possible to give any role the ability to edit metadata other than administrators. I don't know how it works everywhere else but I find it much easier to allow the data owners/editors to generate the metadata themselves, they are the only ones who know it.
