Simple one this, bring over all the date/time options from Classic Map Viewer pop-up configuration to "new" Map Viewer and Visualisation.
The lack of a %d/%m/%Y or %Y/%m%%d, ISO 8601, standards lead to users and viewers getting confused over a date system that is not standard much beyond continental USA.
