In AGOL provide a tool where a user can select an item and run a diagnostic test based on simple criteria like:
- why can't the public see this
- why can't this user see/edit this
- why can't this be edited
- why doesn't the Collector/story map App like this
- why am I getting a page load error
The test would output any issues, a helpful description of how to repair the issue and a list of things to check which might be related to the error and a list of related Help docs/Blog posts/geonet articles/Technical support articles that may be related to the issue.
If no issues found, then the user would still be provided a list of troubleshooting advice and resources.
