In AGO, it would be great to be able to organize the data (web maps, apps, feature layers, etc.) into categories in a dashboard-style format. For emergency management, for example, we could create categories such as "Wildfires", "Geo-Hazards", "Floods and Tsunamis", etc.
Each data item could belong to multiple categories (e.g. Flood Zones feature layer could be located in "Geo-Hazards" and "Floods and Tsunamis").
