Currently, there are 3 different types of Role Privileges that exist for reassigning content, the first two below are under "General Privileges" and the last is under "Administrative Privileges":
Reassign content
Allow member to reassign only their content to another member with the privilege to receive content.
Receive content
Allow member to receive content that is reassigned to them by another member with the privilege to reassign content.
Reassign ownership
Allow member to reassign content to other members within your organization.
Our organization has heard from various users that they would like to be able to reassign content owned by other members that are shared in a Shared Update group i.e. a manager would like to move content from one user to another user in the organization without needing the original user to transfer (not always possible if they have left the organization) or involving administrators. We would like to see an additional role under "Administrative Privileges" -> "Groups" that says:
Reassign ownership in Shared Update Groups
Allow member to reassign content shared to a Shared Update group to other members within the Shared Update group.
