Without having to introduce full domain management, at the very least it would be useful to apply field attribute lists from one field to another, and preferably also between different feature layers. I could update the domains in the original GDB and re-upload, but that would mean data already entered via collector is overwritten by the original blank values. Again, there are workarounds- but at the end of the day, it would be easier just to able to either duplicate the field or the allowed attribute value list.
