There is now no way to obtain Average Nearest Neighbor using analyse- tools in ArcGisonline. It is very useful when discribing and analyzing different spatial patterns . In the desktop arcgis there is a tool, but not in the Online version.
I use a workaround: make a copy of the layer, use: find nearest locations with the original layer and use statistics in the table of the 'connecting lines' layer (attribute: distance). Mean and standard deviation will give you a sort of P or Z index. Only one problem you always need 2 points (in form 4).
The analyse tool I would like should be using 1 layer and find the nearest in that same layer.
