It would be extremely useful to get information about language used in the application executing the Arcade expression. In popups for example, it could be interesting to localize expressions (text, currency, date, ...) depending on the language used in ArcGIS Pro, web browser or mobile device. In ArcGIS Dashboards or ArcGIS Experience Builder, it could be useful to display different extent on maps or to embed different external pages depending on language setting.
