Allow custom locator services and the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service to return multiple geometries when searching for an intersection (as opposed to an ambiguous location). The customer is utilizing our Geocoding Services in a third party application to help 911 dispatchers find locations. It is essential for the customer's locators to find all possible locations on an intersection as this will make the overall experience of emergency response efficient. As it stands, they do not know where on the intersection it will return, especially in the case of disjointed intersections.

Right now the 30 meter buffer that stops the multiple locations from being returned prevents the user from seeing both of these intersections from being returned. They may have the same exact address, but they are distinct:

In a Public Safety and emergency services use like for our application, getting both results back is crucial. In the case above the two intersections are very close to each other, but it could be much further away, and then the response will not know which intersection to go to.
