Allow Additional Pieces of Information to Appear (and be edited) on ArcGIS Online Item Page

After an administrator enables metadata for their organization and chooses a style for their organization, give them the ability to require specific elements of the chosen style. For example, if an administrator would like to require members to populate the resource status element give them that ability.  Then have that element appear on the item page to enable members to quickly and easily edit it like title, summary, description, etc.
