AGOL WAB Query Widget - Filters Need to Deal with Comma-less Entry

AGOL WAB Query Widget - Forced Commas In List?

I have a query filter looking at a number field.  It's really an ID, so yeah, it could have been text.

Either way, why won't the filter box accept entry without the comma?
