Add the date when an ArcGIS Online username was created

Our organization has many requests for the creation of ArcGIS Online usernames. However, not all of them are used and are likely forgotten. For the ones that come up as "Never" in the "Last login" member attribute, can there be some sort of indication somewhere when that username was created? This will assist us in removing unused user accounts by giving them maybe 30 days to login before forfeiting their account.
