Workforce is good to be used with the Workforce Mobile App, but it will be interesting for Workers to be able to fullfill their assignments using Workforce directly from ArcGIS Online (not having to use the mobile app), or just by using a Web Map in the content. So the dispatcher and the workforce could basically use the same interface.
